Open Development Cambodia launches ‘Laws, policies and agreements’ database
Open Development Cambodia (ODC) has published a new online resource on “agreement” documents in both Khmer and English on their Laws, policies and agreements page, expanding the scope of the existing law compendium. By accessing this page, you will be able to find many useful resources of economic land concession (ELCs) contracts, mining contracts and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), and licenses between the Cambodian government and domestic/overseas investment companies.
